Components
The installation is built using high-quality components from renowned suppliers to ensure high reliability. The pressure vessel is supplied by Viessmann (Germany), and the Low NOx burner is a Weishaupt burner, also manufactured in Germany. In addition to these main components, sensors and actuators are supplied by Endress & Hauser, ABB, and Siemens.
Control System
The system is controlled by a Siemens S7-1200 PLC, which is operated via a 12” touchscreen display. This touchscreen shows all process data and allows for easy operation of the installation. Our service department can also access the system remotely via an online connection to provide service support or perform minor control adjustments if needed. Additionally, your operators can use this online connection to monitor the boiler remotely.
