Operating Principle
This type of boiler generates steam by spraying positively charged boiler water onto a negatively charged anode. This creates a controlled short circuit in the water flow, which produces steam. The amount of steam generated depends on how much water is pumped against the anode. Compared to other designs, this operating principle offers several advantages. Most notably the ability to operate the boiler with a conductivity of 2,500 microsiemens, whereas other systems are limited to just 20 microsiemens. This makes it possible to return condensate to the boiler without installing complex components or control systems. This makes the so-called ‘Jet-type’ design truly unique.
Applications
Thanks to the frequency-controlled circulation pump, this boiler can quickly modulate up and down, making it highly suitable for applications such as load balancing. In addition, the ability to feed condensate directly from your process back into the system allows it to also function as a conventional steam boiler within an existing boiler house.
