Kuiper en Zonen sells new and refurbished flue gas coolers. Do you want to use the residual heat from the flue gases of a boiler? Then use a flue gas cooler in the form of an economizer or condenser.
We install the economizer behind the boiler to recover the residual heat from the flue gases. The residual heat is used to heat up the boiler feed water before it goes to the boiler. From a steam production of 1500 kg/hour it is energetically responsible to use an economizer. This allows you to achieve an efficiency improvement of up to 5%.
